From the young age of 19, our Founder, Adam Pacitti worked from the ground up as he began his career in asphalt, grading road building, civil development, starting as a laborer on an Asphalt Paving Crew, to a heavy equipment operator, to foreman, and eventually into the role of estimator.

Chief Estimator - Assistant Vice President
At the young age of 25, Adam was hired into a large civil earthwork contractor where he begin as Chief Estimator. This role allowed Adam to continue to build his skills, learning to implement the latest technology in estimating, project management, machine controlled GPS guidance (One of the first to work with this tech in the Southeastern US) resource management, building a list of contacts, contractors and peers which would go on to support in building some of the largest civil development projects in this time and geographical region. Some projects exceeding 1,500 Acres of land and miles of roadway, in the commercial, residential and public sectors.

Refinement + What's Next
Director of Business Development
Beginning the role of Director of Business Development for one of the premier contracting, Mining, Paving and Development Companies in the Southeastern United States, at the age of 39.
Learning to work with developers from inception, through planning, budgeting and bidding, into construction and closeout, Adam refined his skillset of team building and Due Diligence as he managed teams, consulted with field crews and worked extensively with developer and internal Brass (Management) to ensure seamless planning, execution, and delivery, on time and in excellence. Attending marketing events, learning seminars, and leadership trainings supported to round out Adam's skillset in communication, team building, leadership and implementation of teams strategy

When the world as we knew it, seemingly changed forever, it was time to begin living fully.
So then, Our Founder took a leap of faith and chose to start his own firm. A Development Consulting Firm known as Eagle Vision Development (Now known as Purple Eagle Dev.)
Immediately, Adam took on premier clients with larger-than-life visions, tight budgets, challenging design documents, in cities and townships (known to be some of the most challenging in the country), all of this during massive shutdowns and material stoppage.
Purple Eagle Development delivered, as they called on their teams and recourses, worked as long and hard as it took, and created results during a time when the majority was closing down due to personnel and material shortages.
This time was also a time when leadership coaching really began to take off, as many companies were struggling with their people moving on to alternative career paths or facing major personal stress. Many may recall this as the reality of the times.
